ODCC History

Open Door Community Church of Manvel was founded by Pastor Felton Joseph in October, 2002. Initially, services were held at a senior citizen’s center in West Columbia, Texas. In July of 2003, following the vision God had given Pastor Joseph, he was led by the Holy Spirit to a building in Manvel, Texas. The Lord enabled us to acquire the building and the work began to prepare it as a worship center. On the first Sunday in January of 2004, we launched in Manvel. God has recently provided our present place of worship here at the Almeda Road location in Houston.
